1. Parties

Satıcı: Öğretmen Online (Bundan sonra "Platform" olarak anılacaktır).
Alıcı: Platform üzerinden üye olan ve hizmet satın alan kullanıcı.

Seller: Öğretmen Online (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
Buyer: The user who registers and purchases services through the Platform.

2. Sözleşmenin Konusu

2. Subject of the Agreement

Bu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı'nın Satıcı'ya ait internet sitesinden elektronik ortamda siparişini verdiği, ücretli abonelik hizmetlerinin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun hükümleri gereğince tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers regarding the sale and delivery of paid subscription services ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller's website.

3. Hizmet Esasları

3. Service Principles

• Seçilen paket kapsamındaki özellikler Alıcı'ya dijital olarak tanımlanır.
• Ödemeler İyzico veya anlaşmalı güvenli ödeme altyapıları üzerinden tahsil edilir.

• Features within the scope of the selected package are digitally defined for the Buyer.
• Payments are collected through Iyzico or contracted secure payment infrastructures.

4. Cayma Hakkı

4. Right of Withdrawal

Dijital içerik hizmetleri, anında ifa edilen gayrimaddi mallar kategorisine girdiğinden cayma hakkı kapsamı dışındadır.

Digital content services are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal as they fall under the category of intangible goods performed instantly.

5. Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü

5. Resolution of Disputes

Bu sözleşmeden doğabilecek ihtilaflarda, her yıl Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen değere kadar Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ile Satıcı'nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Seller are authorized.
